The Streets of Historic Naples

Our hotel for 4 days was in the Historic Naples District. The buildings were old, unique and had character and the streets were very narrow! The graffiti was overwhelming. It covered every surface of walls, doors and windows. When shops opened in the morning, the graffiti disappeared as doors rolled up into the walls.

Val d’Orcia or Valley of the Orcia River in Tuscany

The Tuscany photography workshop I attended in June was held in and around the Val d’Orcia, a UNESCO site and covers an extensive area. Vineyards, agriculture, sheep pastures, and many medieval cities are contained in the area. The views of the entire valley were gorgeous. Here are just a few images I captured of this lovely valley.
